Sugar free (or NSA) bundt cake recipes?

Does anyone know any decent sugar-free (or at least no sugar added, I can use apple sauce and other fruit purees and things like that) recipes for bundt cakes? I just received two as birthday gifts, and have been successful in making lots of sugary ones, but am unable to eat sugar myself, so I want to give it a shot without it.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance!Sugar free (or NSA) bundt cake recipes?
My brother is diabetic so I've learned a lot of great substitutes. I've found sugar-free jello can make anything not only delicious, but fun! Adding jello to a standard cake mix gives it amazing flavor, slight jello-y texture, and some really cool colors. Heres a recipe to use for Lemon Bundt cake. But you can use any flavor of jello.

1 lemon cake mix

1 pkg. lemon Jello

4 eggs

3/4 c. water

3/4 c. oil

1 tsp. lemon extract

1/2 tsp. almond flavoring

Mix together. Bake in bundt pan which has been greased and floured. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool 10 minutes and remove from pan.

I can't eat sugar either, and I don't eat sugar substitutes.... I've tried lots of recipes and this is one of the best. I haven't made it in bundt cake form, but I can promise that the cupcakes are good. Well, I'm not used to sweets at all anymore so they taste great to me and some of my friends who eat sugar have said they like them.

1 3/4 cup flour

1 cup date sugar (you can find it at whole foods)

1/4 cup + 1 tbsp cocoa powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/3 cup vegetable oil

1/4 cup purple grape juice concentrate (unsweetened!)

1/4 cup apple juice concentrate

1 cup + 4 tbsp water

1 1/2 tsp baking soda

Preheat your oven to 325.

Stir flour, date sugar, cocoa, and salt together in one bowl.

In another bowl beat oil, juice and water for 30 seconds with a hand held mixer. Add concentrates and beat for 4 minutes. Stir in baking soda quickly and mix by hand about 30 beats. Pour into 9x9 greased pan or 16-17 muffin cups.

for cake bake 40 minutes

for cupcakes bake 17-19 minutes

for bundt cake, well, i don't know how long, but you can just wait until it smells like cake and then check the middle for doneness. They are better if you don't overcook them so just be careful.

They taste great with freshly whipped cream on top! yummm
you can substitute splenda for any sugar in a recipe. Just add the same amount of splenda as you would sugar.
