Chicken Supreme Rice Cakes
1 cooked chicken breast, cooled and finely chopped 5 mL
(1 tsp) Dijon mustard
125 mL
(1/2 cup) light mayonnaise 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
30 mL
(2 tbsp) fresh parsely - finely chopped. 5 Quaker 庐 Original or White Cheddar
Rice Cakes
Preparation: 15 minutes
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix all ingredients.
Spread enough of the mixture to cover each Quaker 庐 Rice Cake.
Do not heat in toaster or microwave.
Yield: 5 Chicken Supreme Rice Cakes.
