These recipes sound real good. I didn't ever hear of these kind of cakes till I read your question. Sounds good enough for me to try. Thanks for the idea.I need Baby Cake recipes please?
BABY FOOD CAKE





2 c. sugar


3 eggs, beaten


1 1/4 c. oil


2 c. plain flour


2 tsp. cinnamon


2 tsp. soda


1 tsp. salt


1 tsp. vanilla


1 sm. jar apricots baby food


1 sm. jar carrots baby food


1 sm. jar applesauce baby food


1 1/2 c. pecans





Beat first 3 ingredients with electric mixer. Add and blend remaining ingredients (DO NOT USE MIXER). Add pecans last. Pour into greased and floured 9x13 pan. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven until done (check with toothpick).





FROSTING:





1/2 c. butter


1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese


1 box confectioners sugar





Mix with mixer until smooth. Add 1/2 cup pecans and frost cake.
One baby


Bake for 25 minutes at 350


Add frosting and candles


Carve with knife
betty crooker white cake mix, a one year old will be fine
