I subscribed to the Great Amerian Recipes club back in the mid-90s and used the carrot cake recipe about four times a year. I have now lost this card and the recipes I have tried recently don't measure up. This recipe started with corn oil and sugar and included a recipe for cream cheese icing.Does anyone know where I can find the Great American Recipes carrot cake recipe?
Could this be it?
