Can you give me Dump Cake recipes please?

Pineapple/Cherry Dump Cake

INGREDIENTS:


1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix


1 (15 ounce) can crushed pineapple


1 (16.5 ounce) can pitted dark sweet cherries


1/2 cup butter

DIRECTIONS:


Preheat oven to 350掳 F (175 degrees C).


Dump pineapple and cherries into one 9x13 inch pan and mix together. Top with cake mix and slice butter or margarine over mix.


Bake at 350掳 F (175 degrees C) for 45 minutes or until brown and bubbling. Remove and serve warm or cold.

Chocolate Eclair Dump Cake

INGREDIENTS:


1 cup flour


2 teaspoons baking powder


1/2 teaspoon salt


3/4 cup sugar


2 tablespoons cornstarch


2 cups milk


2 egg yolks, slightly beaten


2 tablespoons butter, melted


2 teaspoons vanilla

1/2 cup powdered sugar


2 tablespoons cocoa powder


3 tablespoons hot water

Heat oven to 350掳 F.


Measure flour, baking powder, salt, sugar and cornstarch into 8X8 (glass only) baking pan. Pour milk into dry ingredients. Add slightly beaten egg yolks from separated eggs, melted butter and vanilla.


Wire whip to blend. Will be a soupy batter. Bake for 50 minutes until cake pulls away from pan sides.


Mix powdered sugar, cocoa powder and hot water. Drizzle over warm cake.

Apple Spice Dump Cake

INGREDIENTS:


1 can apple pie filling (21 oz)


1 box spice cake mix (18 oz)


1 cup melted butter


1/2 cup chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 350掳 F. Pour pie filling into greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix over filling. Pour melted butter evenly over cake mix and top with nuts. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes.Can you give me Dump Cake recipes please?

(6 servings)








1 package cake mix -- yellow or white


2 cans of pie filling -- apple or cherry


1 stick butter


SPRAY A 13 X 9 PAN WITH PAM.


DUMP CAKE MIX.


DUMP PIE FILLING ON TOP.


DUMP SLICED BUTTER ON TOP OF FILLING.


DO NOT MIX.


COOK FOR 25 OR SO MINUTES AT 350 F.





A Note From Mr Breakfast:





One breakfast lover kindly wrote in saying that she prepared this recipe and had bad results. Specifically, the dry cake mix remained dry on the bottom of the pan after cooking.





Based on similar Dump Cake recipes, we would recommend the following adjustments to the recipe:





Use only 1 can of pie filling (21 oz)





Use an 18 oz box of cake mix





Increase butter to 1 cup and make sure it's either melted or very soft





Layer the pie filling first. Sprinkle on the cake mix. Then drizzle or spead the butter on top. Increase cooking time to 30 to 40 minutes.
