Can be cake or frosting recipes.. i would like to know if there is anything either with the caramel integrated into the batter or poured over when cooled.Are there any good cake recipes involving smuckers caramel topping?
I don't know of any cake recipes, but I've tried this frosting one. Mix together heavy whipping cream and some Smuckers caramel syrup. Makes a nice whipped cream frosting. Tastes great on a yellow or a chocolate cake.Are there any good cake recipes involving smuckers caramel topping?
One of my favorite deserts is Caramel topping mixed with Marscarpone. It's called ';Creme'; and is now being made by a few dairies.
You can eat it with bread( like nutella) or you can use it for a cake frosting.
No cooking necessary.
Just mix it with Marscarpone and taste( add more caramel till you get the sweetness you desire).
You'll love it.
ive used it in baking before..i made a vanilla cake and swirled the caramel topping into it (just let it drip off with a fork). It penetrates the cake so the swirls are all inside the cake. its very pretty.
