i'd like to use grated coconut and dried fruit in the ingredientsAnyone have any healthy cookie or cake recipes?
a lot of bariatric (gastric by-pass type) websites that have many amazingly good recipes that are good for you.
One of my favorites is zucchini cake. It's a chocolate cake, you don't taste zucchini at all and it's a little crumbly but its great for those who have had surgery or diabetes. It's really moist and not over the top rich but has good flavor. You can google the recipe! Good Luck!Anyone have any healthy cookie or cake recipes?
