try this one if u have a microwave its great if not i find a good chocolate flavoured victoria sandwich cake good.
Yummy Chocolate Cake.
makes 8-10 slices.
100g/4oz margarine.
200g/7oz self-raising flour.
2 tbls cocoa powder.
pinch of salt.
225g/8oz caster sugar.
2 large eggs.
5 tbls water.
1tsp vanilla essence.
for the filling %26amp; topping.
225g/8oz icing sugar.
40g/1 %26amp; half oz drinking chocolate powder.
65g/2 %26amp; half oz margarine.
3tbls milk.
1tbls vanilla essence.
2 tubes smarties or chocolate buttons or sugar sprinkles to decorate.
lightly grease a 20cm/8in souffle or cake dish,line with greaseproof paper.also grease the paper.
cut margarine into pieces place in small bowl,microwave for 1 to 1 half mins.
sift the flour,cocoa %26amp; salt into a large bowl.stir in the sugar,then make a well in the centre.Beat the eggs with the milk,water %26amp; vanilla,then add to dry ingredients together with the margarine %26amp; beat until blended.
spoon the mixture into the prepared dish,then microwave on high for 5 to 7 mins.rotate the dish a quarter every 2 mins.cook the cake for few mins,then turn out on to a wire rack,peel off paper,leave to col.
To make the filling%26amp; topping,siftthe icing sugar %26amp; drinking chocolate into a bowl.place the margarine,milk,%26amp; vanilla essence in a small bowl microwave on high for 45/60secs to melt.beat into the sugar mix.leave for 15-30 minsto thicken.
split the cake in half %26amp; spread one half with the chocolate mix.Place the other on top %26amp; spread with the remaining mixture.Decorate the top with the smarties or chocolate drops or sugar strands.Leave for 30 mins before eating.

White Cake Recipe:
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup butter
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 3/4 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 cup milk
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x9 inch pan or line a muffin pan with paper liners.
2. In a medium bowl, cream together the sugar and butter. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then stir in the vanilla. Combine flour and baking powder, add to the creamed mixture and mix well. Finally stir in the milk until batter is smooth. Pour or spoon batter into the prepared pan.
3. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes in the preheated oven. For cupcakes, bake 20 to 25 minutes. Cake is done when it springs back to the touch

2 Cups Flour
2 Cups Sugar
戮 Cup Hershey's Cocoa
2 Teaspoons Baking Soda
2 Eggs (I use large eggs)
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Cup Buttermilk
Remember that you can freeze buttermilk so you have to make another buttermilk chocolate cake recipe.
1 Cup Mazola Oil
1 陆 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
1 Cup Boiling Water
Directions
1. Preheat Oven to 300掳 F
(This is not a typo! This is a slow bake chocolate cake recipe.)
2. Use Crisco Shortening to lightly grease and flour the
9 x 13 in. Baking Dish. (It's a one layer chocolate cake!)
3. Place all the ingredients on the left into a mixing bowl.
4. Mix at medium or medium high speed until all ingredients are blended and smooth
5. Pour into greased and floured baking dish
6. Bake For 1 Hour
7. Test by sticking with knife. If it comes out clean, it's done!

ok For icing for either of them use Whipped Topping Use whipped Cream in a Can for The Beautiful design on the sides and for the side use regular ice for the fence and the grass on the side take half White icing and put it in a bowl then pour some green food coloring in it

4 cups confectioners' sugar
1 cup shortening
2 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon clear imitation vanilla extract
Directions
1. In a large bowl, combine sugar, shortening, water and vanilla. Beat on low speed to combine, then beat on medium speed for a full five minutes. It won't look like Icing at first, but keep the mixer going for a full five minutes, and then you're done!
