Any icing or cake recipes that use condensed milk?

I've got a can open and I don't want to make fudge or shortbread...Any icing or cake recipes that use condensed milk?
Condensed Milk Chocolate Frosting


2 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate


1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk


1 pinch salt


1 tablespoon water


1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract


In heavy saucepan, over medium heat, melt chocolate with sweetened condensed milk and salt. Cook and stir until it thickens, about 10 minutes.


Remove from heat. Stir in water; cool. Stir in vanilla. Store at room temperature.





Better Than Sex Cake


1 (18.25 ounce) package German chocolate cake mix


1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk


2 cups hot fudge topping


1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed


4 (1.4 ounce) bars chocolate covered English toffee


Bake German chocolate cake mix according to package directions.


While cake is still very warm poke holes in top of cake with the end of a wooden spoon, poor sweetened condensed milk over top. Let cake cool. Pour hot fudge topping over top of cake and let set. Spread on whipped topping and garnish with crushed Heath 鈩?Bars (toffee crumbles).








Chocolate Sheet Cake


1 cup margarine


1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder


1 cup water


2 cups all-purpose flour


1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar


1 teaspoon baking soda


1 teaspoon ground cinnamon


1/2 teaspoon salt


1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk


2 eggs


1 teaspoon vanilla extract


1/4 cup margarine


1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder


3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk


1 cup confectioners' sugar


1 cup chopped walnuts


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 10x15 inch jellyroll pan. In small saucepan, melt 1 cup margarine; stir in 1/4 cup cocoa then stir in water. Bring to a boil; remove from heat.


In a large bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Beat in cocoa mixture. Stir in 1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk, eggs and vanilla. Pour into prepared pan.


Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until cake springs back when lightly touched.


To make the Frosting: In small sauce pan, melt 1/4 cup butter; stir in 1/4 cup cocoa and 3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk. Stir in confectioners' sugar and nuts. Spread on warm cake.





Hello Dolly Cookies


1 cup graham cracker crumbs


1 cup semisweet chocolate chips


1 cup chopped walnuts


1 cup shredded coconut


1/4 cup butter, melted


1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9 x 9 inch baking pan.


In a medium bowl, combine graham crackers, chocolate chips, walnuts and coconut.


Pour melted butter over the dry ingredients and stir. Press into prepared baking pan. Drizzle the condensed milk over the top.


Bake for 25 - 30 minutes, until lightly colored on top. Let cool before cutting into bars.

I've always loved chocolate logs! You basically use crushed biscuits, coconut, cocoa and condensed milk, you can either make them in to logs or balls. Very yummy and simple.
