I once made a refrigerator cake (though I didn't have the name for it) using graham crackers (for the crust / base) and cream mixed with condensed milk for the filling, topped with fruit cocktail. It's easy though, not that super-licious. Now, I am on the 'lookout' for better ref. cake recipes. Do you know of any?...if yes, thanks for all the help!Any good refrigerator cake recipes?
Chocolate Banana Pudding Pie!
Very Simple.
Use a pre-made Graham crust and and bake it slightly to lightly brown it. Then;
Make 1 large box of chocolate pudding.
As soon as the pudding is mixed properly, work fast and cut 2 bananas length wise and place in the crust.
Immediately pour pudding over the bananas.
Refrigerate.
(Make sure that the bananas are covered so they will not turn brown)
As soon as the pudding is set, It is done! BON APPITITE!Any good refrigerator cake recipes?
No Bake Cheesecake
9'; graham cracker pie shell
14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
录 cup lemon juice
10 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon vanilla
Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add sweetened condensed milk and mix until completely smooth. Stir in vanilla and lemon juice. Pour into pie shell and chill until set.
Notes
DO NOT DOUBLE THIS RECIPE!!! It won't set up properly. If you are making a larger pan, make multiple batches and pour over the previous layers.
I found this one, and I am sure you can omit alot of the spices and fruit if you like.
