I have recipes for an easy chocolate pan cake, cola cake or mayo cake (sounds weird but excellent) at this website:

*Yellow cake mix
*jello (strawberry or cherry)
*Jello pudding (vanilla or banana)
*1 container of cool whip
***1 plastic mixing spoon with a round end on top to make holes. You can spray top of spoon with non stick cooking spray or constantly clean the top of spoon with a dry paper towel***
A great summer cake that I love to make is a jello cake. Bake a regular yellow cake in a 9 X 13 glass dish and after it has cooled, take the top of a plastic mixing spoon (it comes out cleaner) and poke holes halfway through the cake. I usually make five holes on the length of the pan and three across. Prepare a box of jello (strawberry or cherry is my preference) and when it's hot, pour into the holes. Not too much, maybe a tablespoon in each hole. I only use 1/2 to 3/4 of the jello. Place cake in refrigerator for one hour.
Now take a package of vanilla or banana pudding and prepare as you would normally. When the pudding has set, take half a container of cool whip and the pudding mixture and blend together. Frost your cake with that. This cake always needs to be refrigerated.
Everyone asks me for the recipe and you are the first one I am relinquishing it too. Share the wealth, right??? :P
They just had the in First magazine... It is an ice cream cake that is covered with sliced honey buns or cinnamon buns brushed with liquor and topped with frosting. They look really easy and yummy and you can mix and match the ice cream flavors, frosting, and type of liquor. they had like 500 different ways to mix and match... Easy!
First you line the inside of a bowl with saran wrap. then you slice the cinnamon buns to line evenly on the outer parts of the bowl. then i you put the ice cream in filling the middle. Flip bowl over and brush liquor on the buns and put the frosting on it!
I think they call it an ice cream bomb cake or something if you want to look up specifics! Bye
If you like chocolate maybe you should try this, I found on the net:
